Chronic Back Pain and Upper Back Pain Treatments
About four out of five people especially most from adult ranges from 35 to 55 years old or maybe over that age, experiencing and suffering from this chronic back pain and upper back pain and usually during the attack of this pain you will felt sudden burning sensation or just an extreme pain which can come from only one part or the back as a whole.
There are four categories of back pain:

- Tailbone pain – the pain is coming from the sacral spine.
Stress is one of the main reasons for you to experience sudden pain coming from your back because when you are under stress, the tendency for your muscles is to tighten up so that’s the time when the pain occurs since your muscles is not relax which means your are under muscle strains, muscle spasms or muscle imbalances.
Disk degeneration, disk herniation, joint disease, trauma and cancer are usually the main reason for your lower back to experience pain because it is where your joint of the spine is located. You can also experience this from shock or jolt due to accidents.
Treating this chronic back pain and upper back pain needs a lot of patients while under the process. You can use Heat Therapy as a remedy for your back spasm or another form is the Cold Compress Therapy because it can make your muscles get numb from the pain but make sure to place it on the part where the pain can be felt for only 20 minutes every two hours. While doing that, you can associate it by taking some pain killers, anti-inflammatory or muscle relaxants once the pain begins to occur.
